What you get

  • Custody rides the lot chain: cooled, packed, stored where and at what temperature - a blank means unmeasured and says so - moved, handed over to whom.
  • A recall is a query, by lot code or by product over harvest dates, that shows the chain.
  • Consign a quantity of one lot to a food hub at your price a unit; the hub sells for member farms as the seller of record on its own account.
